Clifton Wright commissioned illustrations for The Guardian's series ‘The Future of Work’ on the topic of Neurodiverse employees in the workplace and the barriers that can face them in their everyday lives.

“The inspiration behind my main image is the idea of a person feeling invisible and not being seen or heard at work. They are pushing through a crowd of people, making themselves more visible and aiming to be included.”
