Scarf Design

Stanley Galton was commissioned by world renowned knitwear producer and royal warrant holders, John Smedley to design a limited edition scarf to celebrate the Coronation of King Charles III.

For the 'King' scarf Stanley illustrated the most iconic elements of the Coronation regalia including the St Edward's Crown that was be used in the ceremony combined with equally ornate Sovereign's Orb and Sceptre. Alongside this Stanley included a selection of decorative leaves bursting forth from the design that echo King Charles commitment to environmental causes.
